First of all, through the list of recent years the city related to social security data, indicating that the city take the present Measures and achievements, problems and development trend of the present discovery of social security problems in. Secondly, the emergence of the social question and development have always some reason and relevance, this paper will address the problems found, using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the forming reason of the social security problems are analyzed. Finally, reference method of combining theory with practice, to find out the current social security management work of feasible and effective measures on how to strengthen the management, the work of social security are discussed in the future, and put forward the countermeasures and corresponding measures, to guide and promote the local social security administration work smoothly, safeguard the social stability, promote social economic prosperity and development.
