This paper collection of high rate of candidates with high burnout contradiction of p rimary civil servants as the object of study, based on a modified of the MBI-GS question naire, conducted an investigation on X Distric’s primary civil servants, derived a serious l evel of job Burnout- at a moderate level. And statistical analysis of data obtained with th e SPSS system, get burnout which is related to gender, marital status, work choices, syste m etc.By analyzing personal professional view distorted scale, system of training, promoti on, circulation is not perfect, the leadership needs to be promoted, bondage of tradition a nd social supervision is not comprehensive is the grass-roots level the main causes of job burnout.According to Statistics and analysis on the basis of the above, this paper tries to carr y on positive explorations from three aspects: individual, organization and society, look f or interventions to reduce job burnout. From the individual level, the primary civil servan ts themselves should establish correct concept of career to reduce the job burnout; from t he organizational level, government should improve the training mechanism, enhance the level of leadership, perfect the promotion system, and improve the mechanism of personnel to reduce the soil of job burnout generated, from the social level, call on people to break the traditional ideals of female, unmarried, “officialdom is the natural outlet good scholars”, and set up the comprehensive supervision mechanism.
