On the other hand, as farmers′ life quality and medical conditions improved, the average life span of people constantly improve. How to solve the problem of rural left-behind, solitary old man endowment, has become a pressing task.In the article,through the analysis of the characteristics and content description of our province rural endowment way, points out the traditional family endowment is unsustainable and cannot meet the demand of the rural elderly growing pension as the continuous development of society. At the same time, mading investigation and interviews on the living condition, economic condition factor, willing and demand of the elderly more than 60 s in xingtai, through the way of questionnaires and interviews. Through data analysis and comparison, it generally obtained the result of the elderly in favor of rural mutual endowment. Taking xingtai rural mutual happy house as an example, It is pointed out the advantages of rural mutual endowment mode, and put forward the necessity and theory of the development and promotion of rural mutual happy house. Although mutual happy house pattern plays an important role in our province rural pension, but admittedly, it also has some problems in the process of development, This paper also gives some opinions and suggestions by drawion of the successful experinces in other parts of the actual situation of xingtai.
