Abstract/Summary:
In the process of interpersonal interaction,all kinds of conflicts caused by frustration intensifies,eventually lead to the state of exhaustion,including mood, emotion and behavior.the understanding of occupation burnout,maybe we still recognize that it is just the physical and psychological discomfort, Ignore the adverse effects caused by its emergence and development process and accumulation,even the harm.The reserch of job burnout on the grassroots enforcement department,not only has an indelible effect to individual’s physical and mental health of civil servants and the maintenance of family structure, but also to enhance the law enforcement efficiency, establish a good law enforcement environment and promote social stability and harmony has the effect that cannot ignore.Complying with the wave of judicial reform, both government and society give enforcement the higher professional requirements,to the job burnout on civil servants of grassroots enforcement department,how to guarantee enforcement servants stay away from sub-health state of body and mind, to change the bad values of cognition, with positive attitude into the job became a research gap.How to make the enforcement team construction become steady, solid?The answer is we must Start from the people,attaches great importance to the physical and mental health, to study the causes of job burnout, use the positive strategies to intervene the job burnout,to mobilize their enthusiasm, make its work state back to health, ensure enforcement efficiency.The target of the study is the civil servants of public security system in L city,G Province,about occupation burnout, The author intended to understand the relationship between occupational stress and job burnout in the form of sampling questionnaire and interviews,to find reasonable and effective way to deal with job burnout problem.By issuing the methods above to understand local specific situation,this paper select 203 civil servants with law enforcement qualifications in the region grassroots public security system as the investigation object, tracked for more than two months,conclude that the occupation burnout on the region civil servants of grassroots enforcement department. The area law enforcement departments of grassroots civil servants occupation burnout comes from the individual itself, internal and external environment of the organization,occupation particularity and social historical and cultural factors,according to a variety of occupation burnout,this paper puts forward countermeasures.According to the survey results, this paper explains the causes and harm of the occupation burnout, and puts forward the corresponding intervention strategies, to provide suggestions for avoid the adverse consequences.In the requirements for the rule of law, and various social contradictions increasingly prominent,the demand of judicial justice and professional is getting higher and higher,how to adapt to the needs of the times, to ensure the grassroots civil servants in the the law enforcement departments have a healthy mental state, improve the effectiveness of law enforcement,establish a good working environment, so as to maintain and promote social stability better,is a greater challenge now for judicial reform.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one:introduction of background, purpose, significance,ideas, methods, innovation and shortage of the research;review the literatures of domestic and foreign research. Chapter two:according to Organizational behavior theory,Two-factor theory and Hawthorne test,based on the related concepts and theories,to complete the studies about occupation burnout on civil servants of grassroots enforcement department.Chapter three:the investigation part.take the public security system in L city,G Province for example,using the method of questionnaire and depth interview to find out the causes of the problems,combing and analysis of the results of the survey.Chapter four:influence factors of the occupation burnout on civil servants of grassroots enforcement department are analyzed,to lay the foundation of how to intervene occupation burnout efficiently in the next step. In the end,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the occupation burnout problem of grassroots civil servants,summarize and look into the future study.
