Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of modern economy and society, China is undergoing profound changes in all areas. For example, the accelerating speed up of urban-rural integration, the accelerated restructuring of enterprises and the quickly development of social organizations let more and more people to shift their status from “Units person” to “Social person” and from the “Villagers” to “Residents”. There are many inappropriate places of current social management for the rapid changes in the social structure, the rapid flow of the population, the increasing complexity interest structure and diversity of the masses demand. In this case, the innovation of social management becomes a new topic of social construction.The sub-district office as an administrative organizations of the grassroots level of government which undertakes a large number of social affairs of managements. Its social management capacity is directly related to the development of the region. Therefore, how to through the effective social management activities to maintain social order and create a good social environment to promote the local economic and social affairs sustainable development becomes the one of the key jobs in sub-district offices works.This article is based on the sub-district offices field, combined with the major issue of “social management innovation”, selected Liujiang sub-district offices as the research object. By studying and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages investigated by the social status and the management pattern of Liujiang sub-district offices to strive to build a more effective social management mode for local government. This paper mainly has seven chapters. The first part is the introduction. Mainly from the macro aspect describes the research background and significance of the paper and combs the typical case of relevant research at home and abroad. It also recommends for study methods and ideas and the theoretical basis of the study in this paper, as well as the innovation and inadequate. The second chapter is to combine actual work of Liujiang sub-district offices and summarize its status in an innovative social management. The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the factor analysis of the goal-setting, resource allocation and technique application in innovative social management of Liujiang sub-district offices to explore the experience and innovation of social management in this region; Chapter VI is based on the five chapters ahead to propose the reference significance of innovation of social management in Liujiang sub-district offices, as well as the problems and solutions; Chapter VII is conclusions of the full text and to make prospects for Liujiang sub-district offices to promote innovation and social management capability.
