Research On The Psychological Stress And Management Strategy Of Policewomen In G Province Women's Prison

As a state penalty execution organ,the prison bears the special function of punishing and reforming the criminals.Prison is a special place for prison police who perform their work duties in prison.Due to the particularity of work environment and nature,prison police are more prone to psychological pressure and job burnout,which affects their physical and mental health and work efficiency.Therefore,it is always an important content of prison management to pay attention to the psychological pressure of the prison police and to relieve the job burnout.Women's prisons are mainly staffed by female police officers who serve as guards and educators.The special work is intertwined with gender roles,and the psychological pressure faced by female police officers will be more prominent.Based on police women of women's prison of G province as the research object,through the test of their psychological pressure situation investigation to find out existing problems,and from the professional and working environment,and welfare,professional law enforcement rights and interests,and the conflict of gender and professional ability and professional burnout,and so on,to produce a variety of influencing factors of psychological stress,are analyzed in this paper to improve the prison officers' physical and mental health and professional management,to promote the development of countermeasures.First,to do consummate the police mental health management work,specific measures for perfecting the system of police's mental health work,and increase mental health work efficiency.The second is to strengthen the training work of female police officers education in prison.The specific measures are to improve the training system,reasonably formulate the training plan,and evaluate and feedback the training effect.Third,to carry out the police career planning management work,the specific measures for the scientific establishment of career planning stage,scientific organization implementation of the police career planning.Fourth,the construction of prison culture should be strengthened.Specific measures should be taken to refine the female prison culture spirit,build the cultural system and cultural platform,and systematically plan the construction of prison culture.Fifth,intensify the publicity of prisons to the outside world.Specific measures will be taken to build a new pattern of the publicity of prisons and improve the effectiveness of the publicity of prisons.
