Research On Social Service System Construction For Elderly In Tianshui City Of China

In 2014, Tianshui City entering an aging society. As Tianshui City population aging speed accelerating, and the aging population gradually show a feature of aging, can’t meet the needs of the elderly, which means that the Tianshui City on elderly service system construction has a long way to go.In recent years, pension institution can accommodate more old people. However, due to the restriction of economic development at present, Tianshui old people’s income is not high, government financial can’t support provide endowment service, and pension service system construction is still in its infancy. Contrast theory is presented in this paper, on the basis of data analysis methods, using the theory of society of other disciplines to Tianshui an aging population situation and the status quo of the social endowment service system are analyzed.According to the research content puts forward the author’s suggestions on Tianshui endowment service system construction, clear the connotation of the basic old-age service system, government leading role, broaden the financing channels, formulate and carry out the relevant preferential policies to promote the process of socialization of pension services, regulate responsibility between family members, cultivate professional maintenance personnel,etc. Based on the above research development status of Tianshui City, can provide a reference for the construction sector pension services.
