Study On The Quality Evaluation Of Intelligent Pension Service In Gansu Province Tianshui Maiji Example Of National Comprehensive Pension Demonstration Base

As China’s per capita GDP exceeds USD 10,000 and is making great strides from developing middle-income countries to developed high-income countries,China’s population aging problem has become increasingly prominent with the rapid economic development.The pension problem has become one of the social problems that governments at all levels must face and must be properly solved.Based on the project of Tianshui Maiji National Comprehensive Endowment Demonstration Base,this paper uses theoretical research method,qualitative analysis method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods,and combines with the actual research situation.Taking Tianshui Maiji National Comprehensive Endowment Demonstration Base as an example,this paper conducts the research on the quality evaluation of intelligent endowment service,and constructs the evaluation system of intelligent endowment service quality of Tianshui Maiji National Comprehensive Endowment Demonstration Base.The evaluation system is divided into four first-level indicators of accommodation,nursing,medical and entertainment services and twenty second-level indicators.The weight value of each indicator is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the service quality of intelligent elderly care in Tianshui Maiji National Comprehensive Elderly Care Demonstration Base.The final score of the evaluation is 3.8194.According to the Likert 5-level scoring method,the final satisfaction is between ’ general ’ and ’ relatively satisfactory ’,which is biased towards ’ relatively satisfactory ’.It shows that the overall quality of intelligent pension service in Tianshui Maiji National Comprehensive Pension Demonstration Base has reached the level of ’ relatively satisfactory ’,but there are also many shortcomings.The results show that there are some problems in the quality of intelligent pension service in Tianshui Maiji National Comprehensive Pension Demonstration Base,such as the shortage of medical service personnel,the uneven collocation of food and nutrition,the imperfect construction of intelligent pension information platform and the lack of quality supervision mechanism.From the perspective of actual research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of medical and accommodation services,strengthen the ability of the elderly to use intelligent terminals,promote the construction of intelligent pension information platform and strengthen the supervision of intelligent pension service quality,so as to improve the quality of intelligent pension service.This paper also analyzes the problems existing in the smart pension in Gansu Province,which are mainly the low promotion of the smart pension,the insufficient wisdom and aging design of the smart pension products,the insufficient research on the demand of the elderly for the smart pension,and the low participation of social capital in the smart pension,which hinder the development of the smart pension.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of the smart pension system,strengthen the top-level design of the smart pension,strengthen the research on the demand of the elderly for the smart pension,and increase the research and development of the smart pension equipment.
