At present,China is the country with the largest population in the world,and the number of elderly population is increasing year by year.The situation of population aging is very severe.The social problems brought by the aging of the population have aroused wide attention from the state and government at all levels,and a series of policy articles have been introduced to promote and support the service industry of the aged.To relieve and solve the problems posed by aging population.Starting from the increasingly serious background of the aging population in China,the article first expounds the importance of the development of the service industry in Yingkou,introduces the research contents and achievements of the scholars at home and abroad in the field of old-age service industry,and explains the related nouns of the aging of the population and the service industry of the aged,and introduces the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and welfare pluralism theory.Secondly,this paper expounds the status and characteristics of the aging in Yingkou.At the same time,the paper makes an empirical analysis and summary on the demand and supply of the service industry in Yingkou.Thirdly,the main problems existing in the development of Yingkou’s pension service industry are reviewed,and the causes of the problems are systematically analyzed.At last,in view of the existing problems in the development of Yingkou endowment service industry,some specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of the aged service industry in Yingkou.
