Research On Government Effiency Under The View Angle Of Sophisticated Management

Government efficiency has been an important indicator to evaluated a country’s comprehensive strength in morden world. The improving of government efficiency and the building of a efficiency government is one of the basic purpose for our government reform. But because of the overcentralization of power of our country, the irrationality of our administration structure seeting, the imperfectness of our personnel administration system, the lacking of government efficiency building and the lag of our management measures, an effective management measures cried out to be established. We need to introduced executive cultural in our government management, what’s more, fine-grained management should be established too. Through the fine-grained management, the government can use advanced technology, catch the specific details, make fuu use of government’s manpower, physical resources and financial resources to strengthen the government’s executive power. So that, the government can achieve the benefit goals. So, the drawing of fine-grained management into inner government management is totally necessary and have a significant realistic meaning in this section.This paper analised the reason of the lowlihead of government efficiency, tried to use the way of fine-grained management to solving this problem. This paper was seperated by five parts. At first, the writer expound the background and meaning, basic theory, investigate meathods. Then, the writer indicated the problem which exised in our government’s efficiency building and the reason of this condition. Then, the writer introduced some meathods of fine-grained management in the Zhengdong new areas. At last, the writer putted forward some targeted suggestions and make an outlook. The writer believe that the fine-grained management is an effective regularity methods to optimize government’s service, improve government efficiency and make the innovation of government’s management.
