Research On The System's Innovation Of Army's Ideological And Political Education Under Market Economy Condition

Emphasizing on the construction of ideological and political education is an advantage of our party and army. Nowadays, the international strategic structure is changing deeply, our society is in an important turning period. There is complicated contradiction and combat in the ideological and political field. Strengthening the ideological and political construction is of great importance to the holding of our party's leadership, the carrying out of our party's basic theories, routes and creeds, the maintenance of reform, development, and stability, the ensuring of socialist modernization's smooth going. Chinese People's Liberation Army is the army for the people under absolute leadership of Communist Party of China. It is also an important power of our party and nation's political advantage. Ideological and political construction must be put into the fisrt place in the army's construction, and the political work should function fully.Since the reform and opening up, Chinese society began to come into a turning period, from planned economy to market economy and traditional society to modern society. Compared to the period of wars and planned economy, the Chinese society under marketization background manifests many new features: the whole society begins to differentiate, the culture presents a diversified tendency, system's defect exists widely, risk of the society increases. Features of the turning period need army's ideological and political education work to innovate besides keeping the good traditions of the war time. Only by seraching the effective methods of army's ideological and political work in practice, army's leaders and soldiers can keep the combat effectiveness. As a work which shapes subjective ideology, ideological and political education has different contents and system in different countries, nations, and different history periods of the same country. In factual practice, methods and system of ideological and political education are taken as a kind of system, and the system always has the features of path-dependent and lagging compared to reality, so it is quite necessary to innovate the system. Above all, we should analyze and research under the reality of our society, use scientific theory to instruct the establishment of ideological and political education system. Only by this way, we could guarantee the validity of army's ideological and political education, and keep the battle effectiveness of the army.This article first talks about the development and change of our army's ideological and political education, also the challenges from the market economy. Then combines the historical experience of our army's ideological and political education, on the basis of working experience of western countries army's ideological and political education, putting forward the innovation of our army's ideological and political education in contents and structure, in organizing and harmonizing system, in inspiriting system, which could guarantee the effectiveness of the army's ideological and political education work under the background of market economy, globalization and social diversification, and make a firm ideological basis for the changing and reforming of the new phase.
