The Study On Migrant Youth Participate The Community Youth Together Process

This study is about the process of migrant youth participating the Community Youth Together, emphasizing on the influence of key events and operating mechanism in the process. Base on the Organization identity theory. this study focuses on migrant youth in Beijing.The data was obtained by literature analysis and semi-structured interviews, it was analysised by category analysis and scenario analyses. The study has those results, Firstly, the process of Migrant Youth Participating the community youth together has three steps, including knowing Shallowed,touching emotions, triggering behaviors. In knowing shallowed,without the necessary knowledge of the community youth together, but the individuals participated the community because of curious and friend invites. In this step, they were passive participation and only know the slogan and activities. In touching emotions, the individuals have produced the trust and the attachment,those based on the knowledge of organizational characteristics and they had emotional experience, emotionally they want to accept the community. In triggering behaviors, the individuals participated the community based on their comprehensive identification about the community youth together, in this step, they were active advocates and voluntary managers. Secondly, the process has two features, on the one hand, every step of participating the community youth together is completed by satisfied needs,in the first step, the individual participated the community by selecting activities, so they find backer and have a sense of security. in the second step, the individual had emotional resonance,so the loneliness had disappeared. in the third step, the individual participate activities more and more and they can express freely, so producing the sense of belonging. on the other hand, the process is a model of interactive and win-win. In the process, migrant youth’s needs and the community’s needs are met mutually. Thirdly, everyone’s process of Participating the community youth together goes by the general path above. In addition, maybe there are the phenomenon of exiting. On the whole, in enssence the process is about migrant youth’s organizational commitment deeper and deeper. Based on aboved analysis,we must advocacy the community youth together on a large scale and creat more activites, we should guide the community member to develop into the triggering behaviors step. to promote the community youth together’s continuous development.
