Marx’s Public Spirit And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

public Spirit is one of the important perspectives about studying social affairs up to now. Comprehension and expression of public spirit, is always an important way for domestic an d foreign scholars to show their own claims on social construction.In our country, researches on Marx’s thought about publicity started later than others, the main purpose of it is to put for ward practical countermeasuresa to solve the social problems happenned during the period of social transformation. Researches on Marx’s Public Thoughts mainly contain the scientific co mprehension of fairness, legality, democracy and freedom. And fairness, legality and freedom are the main views of analysing his Public Thoughts.On the comprehension of fairness, Marx thinks that it is a product of history, which is relative. For freedom, Marx thinks that freedom is based on actions. Then for legality, it is not born with the country, and define legality in the view of historical materialism. Theories instuct practices,so is it with the construction of our social culture. This paper puts forward with three points to study the modern value of Pubic Thoughts: first,the construction of Harmonious Society;second, the shaping of modern citizens;third,Reflect and expand the traditiona culture.
