| It’s a lifelong career for every ruling party to strive for a clean and fair government. To combat corruption resolutely and prevent our party decayed is a major political task for the whole party to seize necessarily, said by the General Secretary Xi Jinping, on the 18 th session of the three plenary session of the Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. But, as the chronic illness of the development of human societies, the corruption makes many countries influenced deeply by the interference. In the background of social transformation, it is the growing corruption that sets up numerous checkpoints for our anti-corruption, and even involves the anti-corruption work of many countries into the bottleneck period.But meanwhile, the rapid rise of the Latin American Left Wing has caused every country’s concern, and with being the winner in the Brazil Selection of 2014, the PT Party, as one of the the Latin America’s most influential leftist parties, has got the high focus of world’s attention. It deserves us to think over why the PT Party can develop into a ruling party with important influence from a tiny party so quickly within the 20 years and why it can create the miracle of a fourth term. After researching, we find out that this glory bounds with the actions taken by the PT Party, namely, attaching great importance to the Party’s disciplines and make anti-corruption measures inextricably. So the writer try systematically researching and summarizing the PT Party’s developing party democracy, strengthening the discipline system construction and the organizational, political and institutional advantages which are comparing with other ruling parties on the basis of gathering, analyzing and summoning the relevant data.The aim of focusing on the discipline system construction of PT Party is to provide more abundant materials for our party’s anti-corruption work in the new period by analyzing the relationship between the party discipline and the honest construction and analyzing what the party discipline role be in the PT Party’s hierarchy and party construction.In the process of analyzing the party discipline of PT Party, this article mainly use the literature research and the historical analysis methods and so on.The essay consists of five parts: the first part which is the introduction part mainly expounds on the background of this study, reason, methods and innovation; The second part briefly outlines the relationship between party discipline and the honest construction, including defining these two words scientifically and stating the values of the party discipline in the honest government construction. Viewing from the angle of the PT Party’s strict discipline, the third part mainly states the reason why it can continue to resist and analyze the main contents and characteristics of its party discipline deeply. Besides, it also explains the PT Party’s success actions viewing from the angle of strengthening self-construction. In the fourth part, the attention is paid to the important role of the party discipline playing in promoting the cultivation of clean government. This part will be analyzed from two angles, namely, the hierarchy and the party construction. Part V will summarize the main references and inspirations which come from the practice of the strict discipline of the PT Party for the Communist Party of China systematically. It will offer the success experiences to our party by developing party democracy, strengthening the ethical construction, paying attention to improve the self-purification capacity,etc. This part is not only the summary but also the sublimation part of the full text. |
