Research On The Supply Of Basic Public Services In Qujiang Town Government Jianshui County In Yunnan Province In The New Urbanization Process

With the development of the social and economic,the rapid development of urbanization,people’s growing material and cultural demand and the shortage of basic public services have become increasingly prominent contradictions,put forward higher requirements to the ability of the government to provision of basic public services,provide more basic public services.Demand for basic public services is growing,while the supply of basic public services is inadequate,in the background of constantly advancing the new urbanization,the contradiction between the two has become prominent contradictions in the new period,inadequate supply of basic public services has become a "short board"of the new urbanization,which presents special requirements for the provision of basic public service ability of government,whether it can be effective and sustainable for the public to provide high quality and quantity of public services,has become a major problem in front of the government.Township government as China’s grass-roots government,is directly facing the people.At present,the township government is one of the main suppliers of basic public services township,plays a pivotal role in the supply of basic public services process. New urbanization emphasizes the promotion of basic public services supply capacity,in the background of constantly advancing the new urbanization,the public demand for basic public services in constant change and development,the contradiction between strong demand and a shortage of supply has become increasingly obvious,put forward higher requirements for the supply of basic public service capacity of the township government,studying the problem of the supply of township basic public services is particularly important.From the background of the new urbanization,analyzes the new requirements of the government’s supply of basic public services,taking the scope and basic standard of the basic public services that stipulated on "National Basic Public Services System Twelfth Five-Year Plan" as a "benchmark",describing the basic situation of the case,conducting surveys,collecting and analyzing the data about the basic public service supply and demand situation of the case,the author analyzes the present situation of the equalization of basic public services of the case from seven aspects of infrastructure construction,the public basic education, medical and health service,social security service,labor and employment service,public cultural and sports services,social affairs service,finding problems and causes of the supply of basic public services in the process of new urbanization,based on analyzing the problems and causes,proposing countermeasures for enhancing the capacity of the township the supply of basic public services in the process of new urbanization.
