Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening of China, the mode of economic development have changed from planned economy into socialist market economy. Before the reform and opening, the government of China use government control as the only way to allocate resources. Since1978, the government of China use both market and government intervention to allocate resources. As the reform and opening of China, more and more professor begin to discuss the way and the scope of government intervention, concentrating on economic public administrative, but little discussed in the view of administrative law. What is important is that it is necessary to discuss government intervention in the view of administrative law. Cost-benefit analysis is original from economy.In this-paper,it is used as an analysis method of administrative law. In this paper, cost-benefit analysis is used to analyze government intervention by the sample of Jinan taxi regulatory. By the cost-benefit analysis of Jinan taxi regulatory to find the problem of government intervention and find the way to regulate the government intervention in the way of administrative law.
