The Eighteenth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party in China has entered a decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in a very important meeting of the General Assembly, the report put forward specific demands and comprehensively improve the scientific level of party building. The anti-corruption is important for our party to strengthen itself, the effectiveness of the discipline inspection and supervision work related to the effectiveness of the fight against corruption, related to the purity of the civil service, related to the masses of the government approval and satisfaction. In the new historical conditions, discipline inspection and supervision work is facing new challenges and opportunities,2011Annual National Social Science Foundation of China:Administrative supervision of theoretical and practical issues(Number of topics:11AZD013), it is in this context that carry out research work.In this study, as part of the subject, focus on psychological stress in the majority of the discipline inspection and supervision of cadres to study,by interviews and investigations on supervisory cadres, this special group of people generally suffer greater psychological pressure. Therefore, this research is necessary and meaningful. First, the empirical research can expand the scope of the study of the psychological pressure; Secondly, the analysis and research contribute to administrative supervision to reduce the psychological pressure, better perform their duties.In this thesis, on the basis of pre-inspection of a large number of literature relating to the study of the psychological pressure and Interviews and investigations, assumed that the administrative supervision of cadres prevalence of greater psychological pressure, by questionnaire design, data analysis, in-depth interviews and other empirical research methods,to verify the mentioned assumptions;meanwhile,to analysis the reasons of psychological pressure, put forward specific adaptation measures.In this thesis, including the following four parts:The first part:introduction. Including the background and purpose of the study, the research situation, the definition of important concepts, research ideas and methods, theoretical tools, structural arrangements and innovations.The second part:the empirical research design. Including the choice of the survey questionnaire and interview design, data collection and analysis methods.The third part, the analysis of administrative inspector psychological stress.By supervision cadres psychological Stressor Scale analysis, the level of psychological stress analysis of the results and analysis of the interviews, explore the causes of psychological pressure of inspectors from the two special administrative supervision and administrative monitoring system problems.The fourth part, Countermeasures of stress management. Perfecting China’s administrative monitoring system as well as preparing for the administrative supervision team dynamic, the effectiveness of the safety net stress management countermeasures.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:First, the innovation of study object. Different with existing psychological pressure study, this research focuses on this special group of administrative inspectors. Objectively reflect the status of the administrative supervisory staff psychological pressure through empirical research. The main reason for the formation of analysis of pressure and put forward specific adaptation measures,not only enrich the psychological pressure on the object of study, but also enriched the connotation of the administrative supervision research.The second is the innovation of the research methods. Questionnaire design is an important method to carry out an empirical study, the questionnaire of psychological stress there is no uniform template, to prepare a practical questionnaire both need to follow the scientific method, but also to the specific analysis according to the different subjects. The questionnaire of this study is conducted on the basis of the administrative supervisory staff to reflect the major source of stress, according to the scientific program design, pre-research, formed modified.Third, the combination the theory of Western pressure and our actual, the combination of the object of this study, the combination of psychological stress research and administrative supervision theoretical research.
