Chinese government’s policies on the NGO has a great influence on theirsurvival and development. Specific requirements. This is a big policy environment inChina based on, push the government from the social management to socialgovernance into the basic requirements, models and ways of innovation ingovernment management of NGO, the content.The full text is divided into4parts. The first part is the introduction, first throughthe national introduction, leads to social management and organization managementinnovation problems. Then discusses the important concepts and research status.Finally introduced the research method and the significance of this. The second partfocuses on the analysis of the reasons for China’s current social organizationmanagement, describes the main features, and some disadvantages of currentmanagement system are described. The third part, from the experience of foreignsocial organization and management of our commercial registration managementsystem reform content and some provinces, city social organization management pilotcarried out summary and analysis. The fourth part firstly elaborates the5characteristics of new social organization management mode, and then analyzed the4elements of implementation path.This paper adopts the combination of normative analysisand empiricalanalysis, historical research andcomparative research method of combining, since bycombing the history of China’s social management system evolution, both at homeand abroad, the social organization and management experience and lessons, totryto conceive and Chinese social organization management mode and its realizationpath, strive for thefuture the domestic research on the premise.
