The Marx’s theory of human rights consider social security is a basichuman right, which is the responsibility of the state including the right tosurvival and development is the primary problem of human rights.Human rights are the means of equal rights of dignity, is to let everyonehave a meet the dignity of human life, to promote the development ofeveryone’s all-round and free development of human society is theultimate goal.The disabled is a social vulnerable group, is an important subject ofthe protection of human rights. Guarantee the rights for the disabled,respect for the rights and dignity of personality. Make each disabledperson can equality, participation and sharing the social developmentachievements, is essential for building a well-off society and building asocialist harmonious society, is an important symbol of social civilizationand progress. In this paper, based on Marx’s human rights theory, on the basis ofempirical analysis, analysis a number of issues of social security of thepersons with disabilities in rehabilitation, education, employment,cultural life and barrier free environment protection and so on, and therelated countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social securitysystem of the disabled in China were put forward from Marx’s theory ofhuman rights angle.In this paper, the social security for the disabled, should bedominated by national, community as the backbone, the family as thebasis, to emphasize the traditional "medical security mode","socialsecurity model","labor welfare model" basis, should also emphasize the"civil rights mode". Any hindrance to the rights of disabled persons, areregarded as violations of human rights of the disabled.
