As China’s social and economic development, building a socialist harmonioussociety, economic development has entered a new normal. These are call for new higherrequirements to government. The selected students as a new fresh strength is animportant part of the party and the government. The use of training mechanism of theselected graduates, cultivate a large number of outstanding grassroots managementpersonnel for the economic and social development of our country provides securitypersonnel since the formation mechanism. However, the use of training mechanism ofthe selected graduates in the implementation process, there are still many problems to besolved. These problems significantly influenced the growth of selected graduates, butalso affect the use of the party and state training grassroots cadres to some extent. Thispaper begins with the history of the use of training mechanism of the selected graduates.The research also found that several issues on the current situation. Finally this paperproposed a few suggestions to improve the mechanism of the selected graduates.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is an introduction, mainlydescribes the background and significance, research status of relevant national, researchframework, innovation and research method.
