| Network politic has become an important part of the social management and public service of modern government so far. At present, network politic research has not formed a complete theoretical system and practice summary in the field of public management and social science. In this paper, we make network politic and network politic system as the research object, and comprehensive use public management science, political science, communication science, sociology and psychology to analyze them. At first, we explain the connotation and extension of the network politic, and comb development history of the network politic. Then, according to the responsible government theory and Marshall Mcluhan media theory, this paper takes the "Guangdong sample" as an example, and studies the construction of network politic system to find theory mode in it.Based on case analysis and theoretical analysis, this paper surveys the network politic public satisfaction in the Guangdong province,also analyzes a series of dilemma and the situation in network politic system in Guangdong province. Overall, Guangdong province is in the fore front of reform and opening up in China, the level of network politic development is higher. Guangdong has the characteristics and patterns of their own, also made some achievements and has formed "Guangdong sample" of the network politic. At the same time, the construction of network politic system in Guangdong province also needs improvement, some problems still need to be analyzed and solved.The modern network politic system is an important symbol of modern city where information and society is highly developed. In the future, the service level of network politic system in Guangdong province should be higher than ever. Therefore, at the end of this paper, for the construction of network politic system that equality, popular, complete and efficient in Guangdong province, we bring forward the corresponding construction ideas and optimization strategies. |
