With the rapid economic development, and health level has been greatly improved,our country is also slowly into population aging society,and it will reach a peak point by2035.With the aging of the world’s population has become increasingly prominent, extend the retirement age had been called from many countries for years ago,and now,the18th CPC Central Committee indicated by<The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues of Comprehensively Deepening Reform>,brewing to extend the statutory retirement age policy.Clearly,extend retirement age will gradually implement in the top-level design.But number of ordinary people is still doubt about the delay retirement policy.Many people think that our country is not ripe yet,delay retirement will make the implementation of the employment pressure increases,low-income workers or older workers will become harder to get the pension, so that the gap in Enterprise employees on retirement benefits will become wider.According to the existing policy currently,the legal age of retirement is male workers over60and female workers over50years old,while the female cadres over55years old.However,those worked in underground,high-temperature, high-altitude, especially heavy manual labor or other kind of work which harmful to health, retirement can advance to men over55years old, women over45years old, illness or disability due to work by hospitals proved and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, the retirement age may also advance to the men age over50years old, women over45years old.In accordance to this provision, men at50and women at45age is currently the existing provisions of the minimum retirement age, then they may become pioneers of delayed retirement policy.But in fact,it’s not difficult to see that low retirement age groups are basically belong to those heavy manual workers,even people lose the ability to work. There are points of view,for most institutions,delay the retirement age may not cause a large negative impact to their lives.But for those company’s employees,due to the historical reasons of Double-track pension, the delay retirement may have an adverse impact on their future retirement.This article through the study of extending retirement policy and the suitability of this policy in our country,and found that the superiority of extend retirement policy.The goal of this paper is to reveal the effects of elastic retirement policy for employees of all levels, and for workers in different position. And for the retirement benefits issues,how to use elastic retirement to narrow the gap between enterprises and institutions.
