Villagers:Farmers’ Political Game Platform

At present, our country is in the process of transformation from traditional society to modern society. With the reform of economic system and the development of market economy, great changes have taken place in our interests structure, namely the interests of the traditional centralized structure tends to collapse, toward a diversified pattern of interests. In today’s increasingly diversified interest subjects, the interests of the vulnerable groups is a very important problem, but now there is a vulnerable group benefit expression mechanism is imperfect, single expression and lack of legal protection and so on. Farmers as a major social vulnerable groups in our country, they through the normal channels such as villagers meeting reflect problems often encountered no response to the situation, everyone’s discontent without anger, face a dilemma of "have words said all the time, have a bitter nowhere".Based on fu jun temple village of the north, however, as the study case, by the village road incident in the process of new rural community construction, the survey found for road construction occupied land old villagers in the village did not take the petition and conventional struggle means such as the protests, but in the village internal political game, relying on the platform of the villagers assembly, and village cadres game interaction, we can see that villagers meeting played an important role in the whole process. As a democratic operation platform, the villagers meeting to avoid the interests in the process of violence. More importantly, by the villagers meeting reflects the internal mechanism of village democracy to run. "Decision, follow the principle of satisfaction, not the optimal principle". Choose a compromise is the result of democratic movement.This paper is an empirical study, as well as a description and explanatory study. Mainly using "process-events" as analysis of strategy, in the perspective of the platform of the villagers assembly, with "two villagers meeting" as the main line, with the help of the villagers’ meeting of the political game platform, the depth of the main body of the incident and process description and interpretation, it reproduces the villagers group as the unit, the town of village cadres, interactive game developers, shows the process of villagers group conducted autonomy. Research shows that, the villagers self-government is in the midst of the multi-level, diversified, multi-type of process.
