Research Interests Game In The Process Of The Villagers' Autonomy In China

The rural grass-roots democratic management is the foundation of the constructionof socialistic democracy. Colloquially, it mainly includes two aspects: villagers’autonomy and town democracy. Compared to the rural democracy, the development ofvillagers’ autonomy is relatively more mature.Villagers’ autonomy in China initiated and carried out, opened a precedent for thedemocratic management of rural villagers. Because it was first time established thestatus of ownership of the villagers in the form of law, make the farmer the oppressed,the exploited status gone for ever. Therefore, the villager autonomy can be consideredas a pioneering work in the process of rural governance. But this initiative initiated notunfounded, it is the results between the villager autonomy stakeholders-participantsbecause of interest contradiction and conflicts, which can be said that the produced anddevelopment of villagers’ autonomy is accompanied by the continue game betweenvarious stakeholders. However, the road ahead of villagers’ autonomy has not been easy,it need to be test and establish in the continuous exploration and practice. At present ourcountry villager autonomy is still facing the system problem as well as " town politicsand village governance", the interests separation financial pattern of town administeringvillage finance, the increasingly serious bribery phenomenon(procedures are notstandard) in villagers committee election and so on.In view of the problems which exist in the process of the villagers’ autonomy, thisarticle mainly uses game theory to analyze the main relation, conflict of interestbetween the subject participation, and then put forward the rural interests integrationmechanism of implementation of villagers’ autonomy benign and sustainabledevelopment.At present, the research on the game phenomenon in villagers’ autonomy is still less,more research about its development history and existent problems andCountermeasures. So the study for the interest game between villagers’ autonomysubject participation, can to some extent deep-seated the problems in the villagersautonomy which above said, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the discussed results, which can provide reference opinions and suggestions for thedevelopment of village self-government.
