Especially in recent years, when our country enters the key period of the transformation of economic and social development, and all kinds of stakeholders and the social structure are rebuilt, social contradictions and social problems are highlighted increasingly, particularly production safety problem,which is out of step with the principle of people-oriented put forward by the scientific concept of development. Therefore, in the new period, solving the outstanding problem of the supervision and administration work in production safety is imminent.For the purpose of building a harmonious society and to implement the scientific concept of development as a starting point, This article introduces the theory related to the supervision and administration of production safety innovation in detail. Combined with the author’s over 10 years’ working experience in safety and on the breakthrough point of present situation of the supervision and administration of production safety in Y county, the article analyzes the effective work in Y county’s supervision and administration of production safety, as well as its existing problems and causes. Then focusing on the problems existing in the supervision and administration of production safety work in Y county, it puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions.Concretely speaking, it can be divided into an introduction and three parts:The first part, elaborating the related theory of the connotation characteristics and ways of the supervision and administration of production safety innovation in detail. On this basis, it combs the current system foundation and theoretical basis of our country’s supervision and administration of production safety, and provides theoretical support for below description.The second part, to Y S province county of the supervision and administration of production safety situation as a case, discusses the problems existing in the supervision and administration of production safety work in our country’s county, respectively from the institutional setup, staffing, operation mechanism, regulatory model, and the construction of safety culture.The third part, based on the analysis of Y county problems existing in the supervision and administration of production safety work in the second part, puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions, such as innovating regulatory idea, supervision system, supervision mechanism and mode, etc.The innovation of this paper: first, the concept of regulatory innovation, including the establishment of people-oriented service concept in the safety supervision; Improving county government safety supervision code of conduct.
