The Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Production Safety Supervision Of County

Safety production is a matter of national development.It is a matter of social harmony and stability,as well as the benefits of enterprise development and the well-being of the people.The responsibility and tasks for safe production is heavy.To ensure safety in production,the key is making a good job on basic work and focusing on grassroots government.County-level production safety supervision directly faces the front line of production,is the foundation of the entire safety production management work,is the most important part of government safety supervision,and is the most important barrier to prevent production safety accidents.This article starts from the two aspects of theoretical research and working practice,Shaxian County of Fujian Province as an example to propose and summarize the existing problems in the supervision system,safety investment,and law enforcement basis of county-level safety supervision,and analyzes the reasons of the existence of the problem.And draw lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad,put forward the countermeasures for improvement:First,we must innovate the regulatory system to sequence management responsibilities;Second,we must improve the legal system and strengthen grass-roots law enforcement;Third,we must increase security investment and strengthen the infrastructure;It is necessary to improve the supervision mechanism and strengthen social constraints.
