| Corruption is a historical problem in China. The state has issued a series of policies and regulations to deal with the problem. In 2014, the General Secretary Xi Jinping demanded to administer the party strictly and comprehensively, and CCDI also made a positive action to run the corruption phenomenon strongly. In the meantime, with the rapid development of this information society, the Internet gradually attract more citizens to participate in this social problem of corruption in governance, and more attention has focused on network anti-corruption.As the Internet played a more important role in public scrutiny, the situation of conflict of rights through the network anti-corruption process has been more serious. To study this issue and investigate the balance between the conflicts of rights through network anti-corruption, this article made the following arrangements:The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introducing the background and the significance of the topic. It summarizes the domestic problems of the present study for the further research. The second chapter defines the conceptsrelated to the network anti-corruption, and analyzes the types of conflict of rights as well as the inevitability ofnetwork anti-corruption. The third chapter compares and analyses the foreign legislation and practice through the network anti-corruption, which made reference to explore the road to balance the conflict of rights through network anti-corruption. The forth chapter analyzes the characteristics and current situation of network anti-corruption, describing some cases to explain the status and the course of conflict of rights in our country. The fifth chapter proposes countermeasures to balance the conflict of rights through network anti-corruption.To find the resolutions for balancing the conflict of rights in network anti-corruption, the first thing we need to be clear is the principles, and secondly we need to strengthen self-regulation of Internet users and the media. Thirdly we should clarify the scope ofofficial’s privacy protection under the network environment. The fourth solution is to improve anti-corruption laws and regulations. The last way is to improve the anti-corruption system, to achieve the goal of the right balance of parties from the source, which is to rely mainly on system anti-corruption while network anti-corruption subsidiary. |
