Study On The Community Grid Management Based On Niche

Managing people through the unit has a high efficiency before the reform and opening up. With the disintegration of units, diverse types of employment makes unit people become social beings which managed by community. With the population increase, there has been a growing number of urban migrants, and unemployed, retired. Unclear responsibilities,management duplication, waste of resources, management is not in place, and management inefficiencies. To solve this problem, we urgently needs a new method of community management in order to meet the needs of the community, the security, comfort needs of residents, and to provide protection for the building of a harmonious society.Through literature study we find that to management community is mainly management various governance factors within the community orderly. Domestic and international research on community governance has achieved some success currently, Therefore, the design of community governance draws on the existing community grid management experience in this paper, through the advanced information technology, resource integration and information sharing, enhance its efficiency and quality of public services, and optimize the social grid management from the perspective of the niche, in order to solve the problems of the unclear status of community governance body, the irrational of organizational structure and unclear division of responsibilities of community governance, community workload and the vacancy, dislocation, the absence issues among the community governance process, and save resources and costs at the same time. The specific process is as follows:First of all, analyze the drawbacks of traditional community governance. Research the literature of traditional community governance model, make the drawbacks of the traditional community governance model clear. Description the necessity of building new community grid management model to solve the community governance issues.Secondly, determine community governance body and governance factors. To solve community workload, community governance vacancy, dislocation and the absence problems,we must solve the issues that community governance body position is not clear, the organizational structure of community governance is unreasonable and the unclear responsibility division of community governance, then we need to determine the community governance body and governance factors.Finally, position the community governance body based on community grid management model. Clear the location of the community governance body on the governance factors based on the niche theory, clarify the responsibilities of community governance body, solve the problems of unclear responsibilities and management not in place in community governance.
