The Research Of Grassroots Democracy Construction In The Ken Of Efficacy

As an important part of our socialist democratic politics, rural grassroots democracy is typical representative of Chinese characteristic socialism democracy. Academia have different research perspectives and views on China’s grassroots democracy that has been constructed for 30 years. This paper uses research methods like quantitative research, qualitative research and comparative studies, I designed a questionnaire named "Grass-roots democracy in rural areas and the villagers political efficacy questionnaire" for the two villages which is the research object, and by examining and comparing the two villages villagers political efficacy and their grassroots democracy, I verified inherent relevance between political efficacy and grassroots democracy, and thus propose countermeasures for the problems of the two villages during grassroots democracy construction, simultaneously provide a new perspective for the improvement of rural grassroots democracy.The results shows that:the grassroots democracy in village Q is higher than that in the village S which is specifically reflected in the construction of democratic institutions, democratic system, programs of democracy and democratic content that constitute Grassroots Democracy Construction in rural areas are better than S Village; And accordingly, the overall political efficacy, village-internal political efficacy and village-external political efficacy in the village Q is higher than village S. From the relationship between the villagers political efficacy on the village and Grassroots Democracy Construction in rural villages of the two villages, both inherent political efficacy and external political efficacy on the village are significantly associated with the basic level democratic political of the Q villagers. While average education level and per capita income had no significant effect on the construction of grassroots democracy; and both inherent political efficacy and external political efficacy on the village is also significantly associated with the basic level democratic political of the S villagers, per capita income of villagers and the village of Grassroots Democracy Construction S weakly correlated, the level of education of the villagers and the Grassroots Democracy Construction of the village has no significant association. The findings validate the hypothesis that villagers political efficacy and grassroots democracy are closely related, village whose grassroots democracy is relatively good has higher villagers political efficacy, village whose villagers political efficacy low, its grassroots democracy more inadequate.
