Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of The New Generation Migrant Workers Citizenization

As the rights and public awareness of the strong consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers group, they are the core problem of the urbanization, therefore should be the target to study this group and apply medicine according to indications. In view of this, this paper chooses the developed coastal area of Nanjing city as a study area. Through the combination of theoretical research and empirical test is the way of the research on the new generation of migrant workers into the city problem.First of all, this paper uses the theory of the theory of Marx doctrine of the class, the development of urban and rural areas, hierarchy of needs theory, and the theory of labor migration. By means of political science, sociology, economics, the approach multiple subjects sum constructs theory foundation. And research in the study defines the conception of the new generation of migrant workers into the city; the ideological and political education; clear the contents and boundary research.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers groups, the urbanization will, and the existence of obstacles, using the macro data obtained from the National Bureau of statistics and the micro data from the investigation of Nanjing city is analyzed. And then combined with the particularity of the new generation group, puts forward the ideological and political work improvement advice to the tradition.Thirdly, combining the shortcomings mentioned above, construct the ideological and political work system which meets the new generation of migrant workers group’s needs.Innovate work manner, push the maximum revolution, diversify content and work carrier.Finally, to the ideological and political education of the problems in the new generation of migrant workers into the city, the article reaches the overall conclusion:the improvement needs in the new period of ideological education work, the unique of the new generation, and the innovation of ideological and political education work. And puts forward the prospect of the research in this paper.
