Problems And Research In The Basic Land Law Enforcement Mechanism

With the rapid economic development of our country, the issues between the land resources protection and land-use become more and more outstanding. The major task of the land management departments is to hold the land red line, and not to drag the economic development of our country. At present, the construction of land law system is not perfect, land law enforcement co-responsibility mechanism, and other outstanding issues are obvious. Nevertheless, our basic law enforcement to monitor the emergence of land such as government land use exists in illegal land-use. Therefore, how to solve the current problems exiting in land enforcement field is a great subject for the land management department. The subjects include how to stop the trend of illegal use of land, and promote the rational use of land.In this article, as a basic land law enforcement worker,the author primarily focus on the daily work of law enforcement to monitor the land from deeply investigation in grass-roots unit. To solve the existing problems in the land law enforcement mechanism, and construct a new-mode of land law enforcement, is the focus of this thesis. This thesis introduces the related situation of Chinese local land law enforcement work. Taking D city as an example,from a few occur at the grassroots level of different types of concrete cases, analysis of China’s current land law enforcement mechanism problems.and explore the deep problems.
