Study On Arabic Numbers Handwriting Identification

Modern Arabic numbers is the accessory part of various writing system, it playan irreplaceable role in the record of social economic and culture life, so naturallywith all sorts of handwriting text in the document,become a part of handwritingidentification. In recent years, with the rapid development of our country’s economy,a spate of handwriting Arabic numbers in the certificates of deposit, accounts, IOU,receipt, payroll, signature date and other kinds of carrier file,which become keyevidence of economic crimes, civil property disputes cases, and often carry manydebates about the problem of the writers and its authenticity, thus become the objectof handwriting identification.Arabic numbers have the characters of simple strokes, single structure, writingdiversity compare to the Chinese handwriting, so the identification is difficult. Atpresent,the system research of Arabic numbers handwriting identification isless,mainly in some research works of graphology, while the ink is not much andonly an overview of the nature, not systematically targeted on the identification pointsand method of the Arabic numbers handwriting. Therefore the Arabic numbershandwriting identification as the difficult works of judicial authentication and itsimportant value in practice work, it needs to more comprehensive and systemdiscoursed on the basis of explore of fundamental science principle and numericalcharacteristics. There are four chapters in this paper, from the basic theory of Arabic numbershandwriting identification, and explores the Arabic numbers handwritingcharacteristics and identification value deeply by the means of empirical researchmethods, case study approach and other research methods, which combines therelated cases materials collected in the judicial authentication practice, then expoundsthe Arabic numbers handwriting’s identification points and precautions systematicallyand further demonstrates through practical cases.The first chapter introduces the basic theory of Arabic numbers handwritingidentification, including the theory of Arabic numbers written action habit, the basictheory of Arabic numbers handwriting identification science and the analysis ofArabic numbers written act reflection. The author confirms relevant key points and notes of identification through a typical digital handwriting identification case, and putsforward some views about the identification of difficulty of a small amount of Arabicnumbers handwriting.
