Research On The New Measures Of The Combating Corruption And Upholding Integrity Since The 18th National Congress Of CPC

This paper deeply researches on the new measures of the combating corruption and upholding integrity since the 18 th national congress of CPC and their characteristics, effects, challenges faced, and laws on the basis of history. The paper focuses on the new measures of promoting the anti-corruption construction such as maintaining the party discipline and political rules strictly, implementing the responsibility of the committee, reforming the inspection work, paying attention to the use of technical means and the civil power courrption, strengthening the supervision to the “number one” and “ naked officals ”, punishing severely the corruption around the masses or in a major liability accident,putting an end to four kinds of unhealthy practices, eradicating anyone’s corruption no matter who is a “ tiger ” or a “ fly ”, decomposing and balancing the power and so on. It also focuses on the new measures of promoting the construction of upholding integrity such as implementing consistently “ eight rules ”, promoting “ integrity government ”construction in which the cadres are entrusted, the government is incorruptible and the politics is clear and bright, cultivating and practing the socialism core values, propelling actively openness government affairs, learning from the experience in the history of our country and foreign cultural construction about upholding integrity and so on.
