The Construction Of Mass Work System Under The View Of Social Technology

Social technology is the practical knowledge system of promoting social progress and all-round development, and invited or carried out according to the human society. Since being put forward, it has attracted the attention and research of many scholars at home and abroad. Mass work system is a complicated and huge social engineering, resolving the party’s various social problems and contradictions.In recent years, mass work system has made remarkable achievements in realizing people’s benefit demand and promoting social development. However, it lacks theoretical knowledge to guide during the period of system construction. Therefore, this thesis, on the basic of existing research results, adopts interdisciplinary research method, theory with practice method and analytical induction, trying to combine social technology with mass work system, based on the theory of social technology and social engineering, guiding the construction and development of mass work system. First, this paper introduces the basic theory of social technology and social engineering and the relationship between them, explaining the connotation and development of mass work system, and the significance of construction. Then it discusses the necessity of constructing mass work system under the view of social technology, analyzing the objective need of developing socialist market economy, the inevitable requirement of solving social problems and the concrete embodiment of completing mass work. Finally, this paper conducts in-depth thinking about the basic principles, steps and methods of constructing mass work system under the view of social technology, during the basic principles of people-oriented, keeping pace with the times and combining top-level design with touch stone across the river. And it tentatively proposes own ideas and measures, scientific and democratic mass work decision system, standard and rational mass work design system, positive and stable mass work operation system, strict and effective mass work supervision and evaluation system.This paper aims to enrich social technology’ philosophy, strengthening theoretical depth of social technology, comprehending mass work system under the view of social technology, and enhancing the relationship between the party and masses, innovating the methods of mass work system, and contributing a meager strength for the implementation of the party’s mass work system.
