On China’s Mass Work At The Present Stage Of Social Construction

Since thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economic society hasundergone tremendous development, yet accumulating a variety of contradictions inthe process of development. At present, our country society is in a paradoxicalexcitation period, in which these contradictions mainly belong to the internalcontradictions among the people. Doing good masses work and properly handling thecontradictions among the people play a significant role in the maintenance of thestability of our country society and building a socialist harmonious society.The masses work being related to the content of many aspects, this paper onChina ’s mass work study is mainly in the perspective of social construction.Proceeding from the statement on social construction made by party and government,this article focues on mass work from the perceptive of social construction, thinkingthat mass work in the perspective of social construction is mainly to solve thelivelihood of the people in the field of people’s contradictions, one caused byincome gap and another caused by social public goods.From the mass viewpoint of the Marx doctrine, this article associates the maincontent of the current our country society construction with some problems of masswork existing in current social construction to make an exploration on the socialconstruction of mass work. The text is mainly composed of three aspects:The first part has mainly analyzed the Marx doctrine of classical writer to massesviewpoint elaboration, as well as the some arguments made by several generations ofleaders to the mass viewpoint. The second part expounds China’s the main content ofthe job in current social construction of mass in and the existing problems in the masswork, and analyze the reasons for this situation of mass of work in current socialconstruction from the subjective and objective perceptive. The third part of the textmakes a relative exploration on how to do a good job in the current social constructionwork among the masses, putting forward to adhere to the Marx doctrine masses viewas guidance and overall principle when doing a good job in the social construction ofmass work, putting up with safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people asthe starting point of the work of the masses, enhancing Party member cadre and thebroad masses of the people to promote the quality of the work, developing the peopleto creative spirit to promote mass work system innovation.
