Study On Government’s Ecological Responsibility

18th CPC National Congress proposed the building of ecological civilization is to resolve the economic and social development and ecological environmental protection contradiction, promotes the human and the natural harmonious strategic initiatives, China is to build a beautiful, and guarantee to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. As the main body of the construction of ecological civilization, the government plays a leading role in the construction of ecological civilization.How to play the role of these, clearly defined the connotation and denotation of ecological responsibility of government, analysis of government responsibility during the performance problems, and perfection of government ecosystem responsibility system to strengthen the construction of the responsibility system is the urgent need to solve the problem, this paper attempts to carries on the discussion to the above problems.In this paper, first, the two part mainly expounds the connotation of ecological responsibility of government (the government ecosystem responsibility have been corrected) and extension (the relationship between the government, ecological responsibility and government responsibility, the other characteristics of the government ecosystem responsibility sense), as well as the specific content of ecological responsibility in his responsibility and self-discipline responsibility law in two aspects.
