The Research On Urban Community Management Of Innovation

Community is the basic composition unit of the city, and is the foundation of urban social management. Community not only provides residents with recreational activities, but also provides residents with a lot of public services. Community in the social management plays an important role which forms a connecting link between the preceding and the urban development. While the community innovation management is the key to the community development. The effect of community building depends on the degree of community management innovation, which at last will affect residents’quality of life and social stability and harmony.Therefore, I hope that through empirical research on the development of Binhu century community, I can explore the Binhu century community management innovation by analyzing the efficiency and existing problems of Binhu century Community innovation management. And at the same time provide reasonable suggestions of Binhu century Community innovation management, prompting Binhu century community to become an example of management innovation.In this paper, the full text is divided into five parts, the first part mainly introduces the writing background and the significance of this study, proposes research ideas and methods to study the scope of this article, and finally points out the shortcomings of this article innovation. The second part explains the basic concepts, which lays a theoretical foundation for the whole research. The third part expounds the current status of the Binhu century community, and mainly analyzes the effectiveness of community innovation management. In the fourth part, analyze the problems of Binhu century community and existing reasons. The fifth part mainly provides reasonable suggestions of Binhu century Community innovation management from five aspects.
