Study On Resident Autonomy In Community Governance Of Meishan City

At present,resident autonomy is not only an important content to promote the construction of community governance system,but also has become a very important development trend in community governance.As a rising new city,Meishan is not only of great significance but also has a long way to go to advance resident autonomy scientifically and effectively.In recent years,Meishan city has made some achievements and effects in terms of resident autonomy in community governance.However,it must be clearly seen that there are still many weak links in resident autonomy,and there are many problems in resident autonomy,such as: The neighborhood committees do not give full play to the function of autonomous organizations,the development of social organizations lags behind,and the participation of residents is low.These problems lead to the weakening of the function of autonomous organizations,the smooth operation of the autonomous system,and the overall development of residents’ autonomy is relatively slow.Therefore,it is a difficult problem to be solved urgently at present how to enhance the ability of resident autonomy and improve the level of operation so that resident autonomy can operate scientifically and efficiently.This paper will carry out in-depth analysis by combining theory with practice.Firstly,it clearly defines relevant concepts and introduces the basic theories of resident autonomy in community governance of Meishan City in detail.Secondly,it makes a profound analysis of the status quo of residents’ autonomy in community governance of Meishan city.Centering on the three important participants of residents’ autonomy,mainly including neighborhood committees,social organizations and residents,it comprehensively analyzes the problems and their causes in the process of residents’ autonomy by issuing in-depth interviews and questionnaires.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems from the three angles of enhancing the autonomy of neighborhood committees,vigorously guiding and supporting the development of social organizations,and cultivating and improving the level of residents’ autonomy,so as to effectively promote the orderly development of residents’ autonomy in community governance of Meishan City.This paper aims to make comprehensive use of community governance theory,new public service theory and self-organization theory,conduct in-depth research on the sample of residents’ autonomy in community governance of Meishan City,and analyze it from multiple perspectives,in order to provide useful reference for other similar areas.
