The mode of western charity commercial operation gradually becomes a trend in the worldwide. With the development of economy and society, China integrates into the globalization trend increasingly, and the charitable organizations commercialization grows vigorously.China’s charitable organizations commercialization is an irresistible trend. Charity commercialization not only shows positive results when to solve the shortage of resources dilemma and administration drawback problems with which charity organizations be faced, but also appears the alienation phenomenon of excessive commercial and public corruption. At present our country charitable organizations commercialization has not formed a consensus yet. Supporters and protesters exist at the same time. Supporters express appreciation for the innovation of the charitable organizations commercialization, but protesters criticize the aggravated charity scandal severely. The fundamental reason lies in the poor governance which produces a challenge to the charitable organizations commercialization. However, the study on China’s charity commercial governance is still very weak, the understanding is not deep enough, and it lacks of systematic and forward-looking research. Aiming at the shortage of current research and based on the status quo, this paper explores the essence and development form of China’s charitable organizations commercialization, in order to study China’s charitable organizations commercialization governance comprehensively, and put forward the countermeasures to promote charitable organizations commercialization in our country growth.This article understands the charitable organizations commercialization from the double attributes of charity (moral attribute and economic attribute), it maintains that the transformation of China’s charitable organizations commercialization is a common outcome of internal nature and external environment of charity. The change of the idea of charity is the core factor which triggers China’s charitable organizations commercialization. The external social political and economic conditions play the role of cultivation indirectly, and the charitable organizations which to explore the development of their own is the direct factor of commercialization. Based on this, the paper summarizes China’s charitable organizations commercialization forms and analyses its practical effects. And then by using cooperative governance theoretical as foundation, it analyses the source of the alienation phenomenon of China’s charitable organizations commercialization, and build the road about cooperative governance of China’s charitable organizations commercialization.This study argues for the existence of multiple effects of China’s charitable organizations commercialization:positive role and negative effect to a certain extent. The out-of-date ideas about charity, the weakness of institutional foundation of governance and the absence of the main body of governance are urgent need to resolve. Therefore, this paper advocates the cooperative governance as a charitable organizations commercialization governance basis, to build the cooperation platform which contains government, charitable organizations and social organizations, to clarify the role of each of the main governance body, to improve the foundation of institution of cooperative governance, to solve the current issues existing in our country charitable organizations commercialization, and to promote its healthy development.
