Charitable Organizations Participate In Rural Governance Researc

Charity is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation.It is an important part of the social security system with Chinese characteristics.It is a social cause for people to voluntarily give love and assistance to the society and to engage in helping the weak and the poor.As a "lubricant" to ease social contradictions,it plays a positive role in "participating in the third distribution" in helping the poor,balancing the income distribution gap,maintaining social fairness and justice and promoting social construction,and has increasingly become a field of concern from all walks of life.With the advent of the "Internet +" era,the strength of philanthropy is growing day by day.The traditional poverty relief mode of charitable organizations for neighbors and villagers has gradually changed into a new support mode for the general public.Its charitable core of "seeking happiness for the general people" is intrinsically compatible with the overall goal of Rural Revitalization.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the problems and optimization paths of rural governance based on charitable organizations.From the multi-perspectives of tertiary distribution theory,networked governance theory and structural functionalism,this study attempts to carry out a dialogue with the existing research results such as the organizational function of multiple governance subjects in rural governance and the structural function in organizational behavior,and tries to enrich and expand the era vision of the above theoretical spectrum with Xiushan's practice,and improve the interpretation ability of the above theoretical spectrum with the empowerment of governance structure and system design as the starting point.Based on the differences between the modes of cooperation and co governance between the government and charitable organizations,this study selects the case of cooperative governance between Y village,Xiushan County,Chongqing and Chongqing Charity Federation as the analysis object,excavates the functional advantages of charitable organizations in participating in the practice of rural governance,such as function exertion,mechanism building,atmosphere building,and so on,and then explores the cooperation between charitable organizations and the government,market subjects,grass-roots people's autonomous organizations There are cognitive trust,cooperative governance network,governance methods and cultural values among villagers and other subjects.In view of the above problems,further explore the root causes of the problems,and put forward feasible ideas to strengthen the multi participation and cooperation of grass-roots people's governments,rural community party committees,villagers' committees,charitable organizations,villagers,etc.,as the basis for future development.Finally,this study focuses on the dominant position and function of charitable organizations in the rural governance structure.Starting from the "structure function" dimension,this study focuses on improving the network governance structure,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the coordination between multiple subjects,including the government and charitable organizations,in order to enhance the trust relationship between local villagers and charitable organizations,and further,It provides reference for local governments and charitable organizations to jointly promote rural revitalization.
