In the web3.0age,With its features such as real-time, ubiquitous and interactivedissemination,Weibo involvement in public life and public affairs deeper and deeper.Sincethe second half of2011, an increasing number of foreign government agencies,international organizations have settled in Weibo, have a Close interaction with chinesenetizens,the text content of its China-related words quietly changing the pattern of thenetwork.For example spreading tendentious remarks, reveal emotional attitude andtargeted dissemination and diffusion, may form a progressive impact on China’sideological propaganda, to become party and the government to understand and controlthe new channels of foreign public opinion, but also for the governance of public opinionbring new influences and challenges.Faced with a complex network environment and diverse network discourse system,foreign government agencies, international organizations in China-related Weibo showingwhat situation? Which involve China-related Weibo content with how the characteristicsand tendencies of public opinion? In this paper, foreign government agencies, internationalorganizations, research Weibo combed, and on this basis, the United Nations official SinaWeibo, for example, to extract its text involving China as a sample through the scientificmethod, and ultimately choose to take the Weibo network text data four months, the use ofcontent analysis and statistical analysis, summarized its China-related"micro-propagation" feature. Forwarded by fans, comments, reply situation and examineits focus public opinion tendencies.This research takes the United Nation’s official Sina Weibo for example,selects theChina-related Weibo text as a case study to conclude its features.Through textual analysisand statistical analysis,as well as The fans forwarding, comment, reply status,to observeand study what United Nation’s attention focuses on and its public opinion tendency.Thestudy find that,its attention focus has a strong connection with hot news.,and the derivativeeffect of fans comment is obvious.There is a big contrast between the attitude of UnitedNation’s official Weibo and its fans comment,and the friendly interaction may causereverse cognitive and cause stereotype.In addition, the affirmative attitude official Weibo has a certain guiding role on the positive fans comments.
