Study On Structure Optimization Of Cadres County Level Under The New Situation

The purpose of this study is to put forward the corresponding solutions by the studyon the main predicament of cadres at the county level and using the theory of learningrelated analysis and willing to boost standardized solutions so as to strengthen grass-rootspolitical roots by offering help, appealing to the world. In this paper literature research,questionnaire, interview method, thesis research method and network method are the mainresearch methods. The main research contents is to discuss four main problems whichinclude the younger cadres, the standing committee of the saturated power, the earthofficer, in a rigid and so on by taking a new party committee big transition as anopportunity and paying attention to the cadres at the county level in China.This paper is divided into four parts, mainly expounds the selected topic backgroundand the origin, the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research andcombs the domestic and foreign related research status as well as a brief introduction tothe basic idea of the topic research and the main method. The second part is the summaryof cadres and cadres which elaborate the basic thought of the thought about theconstruction of cadres of the communist party of China under the new situation of reformand opening-up and the significance to strengthen the construction of cadres at the countylevel by means of cadres and cadres definition. The third part is to analyses the structuraldefects of the new situation of reform and opening-up cadres at the county level andexplores the root of the cadres at the county level of structural defects through the cadresat the county level under the new situation of reform and opening structural problems. Thefourth part is to put forward some optimization countermeasures for the structure of thecadres at the county level under the new situation of reform and opening-up which isputting the right attitude towards younger, strict control of saturated, fight soil officer, realpower, realizing the multiplication of cadres in a flow and put forward standardizedsolutions which have certain forward-looking and innovative practices.
