Study On The Corporate Management Of The Law Firm

In our country, lawyers must working in an institution, this institution is law firm,in the development process of our bar, the organization of law firm range fromnationalized law firm to partnership law firm, cooperative law firm, partnership lawfirm and individual law firm. Cooperative law firm, this form of organization hadexited the stage of history since the Lawyers’ Law revised in2008.Now, theOrganization of law firms mainly including nationalized law firm, partnership lawfirm, partnership law firm and individual law firm, after more than twenty years’development, the number of law firms and lawyers have been rapidly increasing, butalong with the development of economic and the WTO accession, the law firmsseems to be barged up against a unprecedented challenges, regardless of the kind oforganization. Facing the legal services market in which the division of labor is moredetailed and specialized, the management of our law firm exposed many problems,taken the corporate management model has become the consensus of law firmmanagers, but the way to build the corporate management mode is a difficulty, in mylawyer work I found many problems in the management of law firm, after thesystematic study of management theory I found that these problems can be solved bymanagement. This article is to establish how to build a corporate management modein the law firm.The author uses deduction and other methods to analyzing and discussing. Thisarticle is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, starting with the review of thedevelopment process of foreign and our law firms, listing the organizational formsand the characteristics of our law firm, analyzing the situation and the drawbacks ofthe law firm management; In the second chapter, the author analysis the background,the connotation of the corporate management model, listing the development andsuccessful experience of corporate management in foreign countries; The thirdchapter is core of this article, the author builds a corporate management whichadapted to the situation of DS law firm after the analysis of the governance structure,marketing, human resource management, financial management and businessmanagement; The fourth chapter added a few details that DS law firm need to deal with in the construction of corporate management; The fifth chapter is the summaryand the prospect of this article.The article uses modem management theory, marketing theory, Organizationbehavior theory, combining the situation of management in our law firm to analyze,raising some reasonable suggestions and instructions to promote our law firm toachieve the corporate management.
