Law Firm In China The Company Management To Explore

Law firm is the institution of lawyers. During the more than twenty years since the lawyers system restored in China, lawyers affairs have developed so fast that the law firms organized only by state has been set up by diverse forms form. The number of law firms has also been developed rapidly. With the development of the world economy, the fields of legal services are broadened and the professional division of labor is refinement. Facing the competition of foreign law firms, the current partnership lawyer firms expose many problems in management which has become the main factors that restricted the development of Chinese law firms. Many lawyers and legalists call for the company management being brought in the law firms in China. However, the author as a lawyer working in a Chinese law firm for more than two years found there are only a few law firms that implementation of company management.
