As a representative of new media, the internet and mobile have not onlychanged information spreading, but also affected the development of society. Inthe new media environment, Internet Public Opinions has tremendous changes.And it’s challenging for public security bureau’s responses ability.Internet public opinion likes a “barometer”, which reflects people’sthoughts, attitudes and the change of the opinion and emotion to public securitybureau and people’s policemen. As network public opinion of the police haveseveral characteristics such as extensive topic for discussion, anonymoussubjects, fast spreading and emergency. How to analyze the network publicopinion, how to guide it and how to make early warning are practical problemsfor government to solve.The Thesis applies with the basic principles and methodology of science ofpublic management, Public opinion, Communication and Information Scienceand Sociology and so on. By studying on the definition, effect andcharacteristics of network public opinion of the police under the new media,combing the network public opinion of the police under the new media of ourcountry in recent years, which makes systematic study on evolution mechanismand influence of public security bureau on the network public opinion of thepolice under the new media. On this basis, it analyzing the existing problem of how public security bureau response to the network public opinion of the police,and put forward the emotion and countermeasure of guidance and control. Atlast, the thesis make research on valuable advice on establishing long-termmechanism of the public security bureau’s guidance and control on the networkpublic opinion of the police.
