As a representative of new media, the internet and mobile have not onlychanged information spreading, but also affected the development of society. Inthe new media environment, Internet Public Opinions has tremendous changes.And it’s challenging for public security bureau’s responses ability.Internet public opinion likes a “barometer”, which reflects people’sthoughts, attitudes and the change of the opinion and emotion to public securitybureau and people’s policemen.
