| :It’s going to show some risks of the damage of online-shopping customers’rights and interests with popularity of online shopping. The online-shopping customers’rights means customers have rights around the internet shopping-related, such as right to know, personal information security, electronic payment security, commodity transaction security and series of rights surrounding Internet shopping. At present, some developed countries have made laws, as much as possible, to ensure this kind of rights and interests to be protected. However, it’s still insufficient in China. By analyzing main problems which could cause damage of online customers’rights to point out the shortage of lawmaking. Then give some advices based on developed countries or regions’mature legislation on online—shopping such as the US, European Union and Korea. For instance, establish internal dispute resolution mechanism and the mechanism of network shopping consumers’online dispute resolution (ODR), build up the rules of evidence which is advantageous to online consumer and some other suggestions. It has practical significance to perfect relevant laws and regulations to make online-shopping market stable and healthy in China. |
