Of The Corporate Governance Structure Of Rural Credit Cooperatives

Rural credit cooperatives is a unique form of financial organizations of China, which plays a decisive role in the history of China’s economic development. At present, the governance mechanism of China’s rural credit cooperatives has many problems, such as the imperfect system of property rights which result in the inefficiency. These problems not only bring difficult to good economic benefits,reduce economic efficiency,but also further increase business risk,undermine the ability of self-development credit unions. In this paper, rural credit cooperatives in the well-defined corporate governance structure of the content, characteristics and role on the basis of the rural credit cooperatives to explore the structure of corporate governance problems, analysis of rural credit cooperatives to improve corporate governance structure of the basic premise, and attempted to demonstrate improvement in the corporate governance structure of rural credit cooperatives in the principles, objectives and measures.
