The problem of agriculture are the the major issue of China's major issue.Nowdays, in the implementation of the industrialization of agriculture, the cultivation of leading industries,the supporting of leading enterprises,the application of new technologies,and the building of agricultural bases,all these work need plenty of funds.It's hard to do this if we depends on farmers or agriculture departments only.Rural credit cooperatives is the important part of the financial system in our rural cooperative financial system.Rural credit cooperatives are the main force in rural finance,the financial ties with peasants.The deepening of the reform of China's rural credit cooperatives'property rights system, is related not only to rural credit cooperatives'stable and it's healthy development, but also has a bearing on agricultural development, farmers'income and rural stability. Since the inception of China's rural credit cooperatives,it has gone through a difficult and tortuous course of development.Looking at the present situation,from the beginning of 2003, a new round of the reform of rural credit cooperatives has been in the middle of the game, no matter in practice or in theory, the development of China's rural credit cooperatives are still facing many problems.In terms of practice,the new China's rural credit cooperatives despite more than 50 years of development history, but have not yet found a suitable for their own roads.Supervision of rural credit cooperatives, rural credit cooperatives can be said to be accompanied by the development and gradual improvement in the past. Cooperation in financial supervision in the coupe of development, there are many problems can be attributed, lacking vision,foresight, not as prominent prudential regulatory principles, the main problem is the level of staff supervision and lack of enotigh professional experience.
