| The government employee system is a kind of local governments department human resources system.In China, government employee system is a supplement to the existing government department personnel system,and satisfy the requirements of professional and technical personnel. Government employee system to break the traditional practice of the civil service permanent system, while providing a reference for the appointment of civil construction, and proves some useful experiences to our government’s reform of human resources management.In order to make government employees provide professional technology more efficient and high quality for government departments, the research of government employees’incentive is necessary. Combined with the result of investigate and survey in Directly under the authority of Hezhou City, applied the job characteristics model theory to government employees work characteristics analysis, calculated scores of government employees groups and individuals potential, analysed the reasons of exist problems in the government employees work motivation and explored the suitable solution. To motivate employees of the government with the job itself, made the government employees better service for government departments, at the same time improve the efficiency and quality of public service government. |
