The Exploration On System Of People Response To The Disasters And Accidents In China

China is one of the countries that often suffer from disasters and accidents.Disasters and accidents have higher frequencies, distribution, which occurring widerange and cause serious damage. Frequently sudden disasters and accidents havebecome the obstacle to our economic and social development, which also hasbecome the important factors to our country political, even to the social stability. Inorder to reduce the huge negative affects that caused by the disasters and accidents,we should establish the system idea to response to the disasters and accidents, themore actively to fulfill its responsibility and when encountered disasters andaccidents in play its role. Facing the trend of the development of the disasters andaccidents and its negative influence to economy and society, how in political stability,economic development under the background of establishing effective abruptdisasters and accidents warning and response system. These problems should beresolved urgently.This part mainly introduces the research background and research significance.The first chapter is mainly focuses on the research contents were reviewed, andexpounds the research ideas and research methods. The third chapter mainlyintroduces the connotation of the all the people involved in the disaster emergencyresponse system, and the reference value to foreign advanced experience. The fourthchapter mainly focus on the problems of the current disaster emergency responsesystem in our country and puts forward strategies and suggestions, mainly including:further improve the relevant and accident response law and system of our country,enhance the scientific and effective early warning mechanism of China disaster, strengthen the psychological quality, knowledge and skills of the public to responseto the disasters, establishing multiple response subjects to the disasters, ultimatelyachieve both prevention and relief, and better respond to the occurrence of disastersand accidents, to minimize the losses caused by disasters.
